Trans-Friendly Employers
Unemployment is one of the largest problems facing the transgender community in Singapore, where qualified trans people are often turned away from jobs solely on the basis of their trans status, or may be fired from their existing jobs when they transition. As such, our team has been reaching out to companies in Singapore to form a public directory of employers who have stated that they will not discriminate against transgender people in the hiring process, ensuring that transgender applicants stand the same chance at being hired as an equally-qualified non-transgender applicant.
