Personal/Admin Assistant

Job Scope:

• To provided secretarial and administrative support to 2 managers
• Handle email and correspondence
• Responsible to handle their client’s forms, insurance policies summaries, follow up with head office on client’s policy matters
• Assist to prepare e-flyers and presentations using PowerPoint and Canva for internal/external events
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for local and overseas trips and events
• Miscellaneous tasks to support Manager(s)

Skills Required:

• Able to speak and write English well
• Familiar with using email, Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable in using IT applications like Canva & Trello
• Able to work effectively and efficiently independently, maintain confidentiality and is meticulous
• Singaporean or PR

Working hours:

Mon-Fri 16-24 hours a week for part time
Mon-Fri 9.30am-6.30pm
Occasional Saturdays may be needed (1-3 times max in a year)

Pre-Requisites of Candidates

• At least 21 years old. (Based on regulatory requirement.)

• Full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level, International Baccalaureate diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
